How much does it cost?
Every business has different volumes and setup needs, so we quote individually. You’ll get an indicative price at the free on-site assessment, and a detailed quote after. Most businesses find it works out 30–50% cheaper than a self-storage shed.
How quickly can I get my records back?
Within 24 hours of your request. Email us a box number and we’ll deliver it to you the next business day.
Are my records secure?
Yes. Our facility is security camera and fire beam monitored 24/7, all staff undergo police background checks, and every employee signs a confidentiality agreement. Only authorised Docu-Store staff access the storage area — clients don’t collect directly from the facility, which is part of how we keep every client’s records confidential.
Do you have a minimum number of boxes?
No. We work with any volume. Contact us and we’ll assess your needs and provide a quote.
How does the document destruction service work?
We drop off a confidential 120L or 240L destruction bin and you fill it as you go. When you’re ready for a collection, call or email us.
Do you handle bulk destruction jobs — like a garage or office full of old files?
Yes — we call these bulk pickups. We collect the records in our truck, weigh them at our facility, and charge a per-kilo rate. Useful for office clear-outs, retirements, business closures, or any time the paperwork has piled up.
