Only authorised Docu-Store staff access the storage area — clients don’t collect directly from the facility, which is part of how we keep every client’s records confidential.

No. We work with any volume. Contact us and we’ll assess your needs and provide a quote.

We drop off a confidential 120L or 240L destruction bin and you fill it as you go. When you’re ready for a collection, call or email us.

Yes — we call these bulk pickups. We collect the records in our truck, weigh them at our facility, and charge a per-kilo rate. Useful for office clear-outs, retirements, business closures, or any time the paperwork has piled up.
